Contracting Entity

The Pranas platform (pranas.co) is owned and operated by Pranas Platforms Pte. Ltd., a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. References to "Pranas", "we", "our" or "us" in these Terms refer to Pranas Platforms Pte. Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pranas (pranas.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Pranas is an AI Search Visibility & Brand Intelligence platform that enables users to monitor, analyze, and optimize how their brands are perceived and recommended by AI models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pranas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and credit allocations are as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pranas are owned by Pranas and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pranas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
