Action Center
Prioritized recommendations across visibility, perception, and competitors.

Action Center
The Action Center is the to-do list for your GEO programme. It collects every actionable insight Pranas can derive — perception gaps, missing high-influence citations, audit fixes, competitor moves — into a single prioritised queue so you always know what to work on next.
Where actions come from
The Action Center reads from multiple sources and consolidates them:
- Brand Perception gaps — high-severity claimed attributes the AI doesn't echo back
- Source intelligence — high-influence domains that cite competitors but not you
- AI Search Audit fixes — top-priority Discoverability, Authority, and Content Readiness issues
- Competitor moves — when a registered competitor's SOV jumps significantly
- Topic Visibility gaps — topics where you score low on high-volume prompts
- Narrative drivers — drivers attributed to competitors but central to your positioning
Each action is generated server-side by a recommendation engine and persisted, so the queue is consistent across devices and supports multi-user teams.
Anatomy of an action
Each action card shows:
- Title — what to do, in plain language
- Why — the underlying signal that triggered it (with a link to the source data)
- Estimated impact — High / Medium / Low based on the underlying severity
- Effort — Quick / Medium / Project — informational, doesn't affect ranking
- Linked artefacts — pages to update, domains to pitch, prompts to improve
- Status — Open / Snoozed / Dismissed / Done
Workflow
- Triage. Each morning or weekly, scan the top of the queue. The default sort is impact-first.
- Convert. Click "Send to Content Studio" on content actions to spin up a draft brief. Click "Mark in progress" on outreach or technical actions.
- Snooze items you can't address this sprint. They reappear in 14 days.
- Dismiss items that don't apply (false positives or strategic choices). Dismissed actions don't regenerate.
- Done. Once shipped, mark done. The Action Center then watches for the underlying signal to improve and shows a confirmation when it does.

Action statuses

|---|---|---|
| Open | In the queue, awaiting triage | Stays until resolved |

Auto-regeneration
Actions are recomputed after every AI Scan, every Brand Perception run, and every AI Search Audit. New signals create new actions; resolved signals close existing ones automatically. You don't need to refresh manually.
