How to reset your password
- Open the Login screen.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email associated with your Pranas account.
- Check your inbox — we send a secure reset link valid for 1 hour.
- Click the link, choose a new password (8+ characters), and you're back in.
The reset email is sent from a domain authenticated with SPF + DKIM + DMARC, so deliverability is reliable. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check spam/promotions.
I didn't get the email
- Make sure you typed the right address (case-insensitive but no typos).
- Check spam, promotions, and any quarantine your IT team uses.
- Click Forgot password again to send a fresh link (rate-limited to a few per hour).
- If you originally signed up with Google, there's no password to reset — use Continue with Google instead.
Choosing a strong password
- 12+ characters with a mix of letters, numbers, symbols
- Don't reuse a password from another site
- A password manager is the easiest way to do this right
Changing your password while logged in
If you remember your current password and just want to rotate it:
- Go to Account → Profile → Security.
- Enter your current password and the new one.
- Save — you'll stay logged in on this device; other sessions are signed out.
